How to Measure your waist.

Find the Sweet Spot: Locate the area between the top of your hip bone and your belly button. For most people, a "medium" rise sits approximately two to three inches below the navel.

Wrap and Level: Wrap a soft measuring tape around this midpoint. Make sure the tape stays parallel to the floor all the way around your body to avoid a skewed reading.

The "Comfort Gap": Since mid-rise denim sits where your body naturally bends, take the measurement while standing naturally. Keep the tape snug, but leave enough room to breathe—about a finger’s width of space.

Use Hips to Fine-Tune Your Size: If your waist measurement falls between sizes or if you have large hips - look at your hip size (S, M, L) to decide. Size down if you prefer a sleek, body-hugging fit, or size up if you prefer extra breathing room and maximum comfort through the seat and thighs. You can find the hip size in the size chart.
