To initiate a return please contact our customer care at 080 - 6932 8747 or on whatsapp directly at 9611227617. You will receive a unique return link to initiate your return.

Once you have initiated a return/exchange on our website, we will confirm the pickup date and time. Our delivery partners will pick up the orders from you and the luggage will be checked against the trial and return policies. Upon successful verification, a refund voucher in the form of store credit will be issued.

You can opt for size exchange if you have an issue with the sizing from the same unique link. You will be able to choose the new size while creating the return / exchange request. 

If you have received a damaged product, please choose product replacement option from the same unique link.

Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.

Cancellations

You can request for a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by calling our customer care at  080 - 6932 8747 . For prepaid orders, depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 10 to 12 working days to credit the refund money to your account.

Since each item is custom made, cancellations are not allowed after the initial 24 hour period. 

If the order is delayed by more than 10 working days, please call the customer care at  080 - 6932 8747 or on whatsapp at 9611227617  and we will help you with the status of the order.
